Minimum requirements include a passion for helping others, a sense of curiosity, a strong desire to always create the highest quality work product, and a continual desire to learn. Excellent writing skills and the ability to analyze complex legal issues, as demonstrated by good law school grades, is required. Experience in estate planning and probate law is not required, but an eagerness to learn and be part of a supportive team is.
